&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a paid account through a work email address that no longer exists. It charges my credit card on a monthly basis. I simply want to cancel the account and stop the charges. I am not able to sign in because it prompts me to enter a verification code that is sent to the email address that no longer exists. I am not able to reactivate this email address either to retrieve the password so I am stuck.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am contacting now through another dropbox account with a different email and do not have the upgraded plan. How can I get assistance with deleting this old account and stopping the charges if I cannot gain access to the associated email? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
