    <description>&lt;P&gt;The billing tab is missing from the Admin console.&amp;nbsp; My plan page shows me the space we have left and this "&lt;SPAN&gt;You’re an admin of the Oasis Dropbox account." That's all. I need to add a license which I used to do through the billing tab. Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I usually download my subscription receipts from the billing tab under settings however this is no longer showing. Any ideas where this tab has moved to or how I can retrieve a receipt for payment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're not seeing a billing tab, then it's possible that you're no longer on a paid plan.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Could you check what plan you're on according to &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
You can see any receipts on your account, even if you've never paid for a plan, on &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's rather odd that you don't see your billing tab at all. Are you sure you were the one that updated the billing info on the team in the first place?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that it was some other member of the Team, or a reseller maybe?&lt;/P&gt;
