&lt;P&gt;Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you end up doing this and get a ticket ID from our system, feel free to share it with us so that we can look into it as well.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently tried to upgrade my Dropbox plan to accommodate sharing large files.&amp;nbsp; I used google pay to run through the purchase, I was charged yet the account has not reflected the change and I cannot talk to anyone since without the upgrade, I am on a free plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for sending me the link, it ends up giving me the option to cancel the subscription through google.&amp;nbsp; I would need to deal with google then to get my money refunded and really all I want is the subscription to work on dropbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
