      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have just realised that have been charged twice for the same account, one via my desktop version and then again through apple on my iphone.&amp;nbsp; I just cancelled the subscription on my phone but I still want the desktop version to remain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I prevent being charged twice and receive a refund for the charges that I have already paid for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The thing is that you cannot be charged for the same account twice. Have you ensured that you're using the exact same email address on both your computer and your iPhone as well?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have been charged twice for the same account, I have double checked and both are using the same email address and charged on different dates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example the one on my phone was charged on Saturday, June 10 and then I have just been charged again on Thursday 22 June for the PC version?&amp;nbsp;Please see screenshots attached (I have blacked out my credit card details and address) - first lot are from my phone and second lot from the PC version.&lt;/P&gt;
