Or if the Dropbox staff can help me at least track which account that was mistakenly upgraded so I can cancel my subscription. The fee was not a small number and would love if the customer service can be more efficient.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a $119.88 fee on my card but I don't have any upgraded subscription on Dropbox, I tried all my my email accounts (including my past work emails) but there was no payment/bill activity. I also tried the card look up tool and It's not letting me to submit it. Can someone please help me to solve this and hopefully getting my refund. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Can you send me an email as well? I’m having similar issues. In fact, this has been happening for a while but I finally have the time and energy to pause to track down customer support for help. I recently finished graduate school and exams, hence why I’m more free.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have two Dropbox Basic accounts (free accounts). For some unknown reason, I keep getting charged $21.79 every month since at least October 2022. What broke the camels back is that I was charged $21.79 twice in June and with this economy I really don’t have the extra money to just throw away.
