      <title>Double charge - what can I do?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I clicked the link to renew my yearly subscription because I received an email saying pay or you will lose everything. I clicked and followed instructions but instead, I somehow created a new dropbox account as well as paid for the other. I can’t reach anyone by phone and it’s a lot of money&lt;/P&gt;</description>
