    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am being charged every month, even though I've emailed several times to have Dropbox canceled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do not have the option of getting a phone call or sending an email because, apparently, I'm not being "charged enough per month" for that. I cannot cancel on my own. (I'm an individual account, NOT a business or team account.) The cancellation instructions do not work (i.e., under "Settings" I do not have a "plan" option to press "cancel" on.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Someone has got to please help me delete this GD account that I do not want. I deleted it from my computer and yet receive this monthly bill. How do I get it to stop??????????????????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How are you emailing them? You need to open a ticket. Simply sending an email won't work until you have a ticket open. Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account&lt;/STRONG&gt;, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You won't see the option to cancel if the account you're signed in to isn't a paid account. What plan does it show on your &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan" target="_blank"&gt;Plan page&lt;/A&gt;? If it says Basic, then you're being charged for a different account than the one you're currently signed in to. Use the &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge" target="_blank"&gt;credit card charge lookup tool&lt;/A&gt; to identify the account that you're being charged for, then sign in to that account and cancel it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
