      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a subscription for Dropbox Plus and this month, by mistake I forgot to transfer money in the card and the monthly payment was declined. I went to my google Play Store, found my dropbox subscription and clicked 'resubscribe' and my monthly payment was taken immediately. However, later i got an email that my dropbox account was downgraded. In my play store i have a notification that I need to confirm the subscription by opening the app. When I open the app, in settings I find that I need to subscribe and tells me to choose a payment plan (monthly or yearly). But i already paid! So what do i do to continue my subscription without paying again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As a first step, I’d like you to send me a screenshot of what you see when opening your Dropbox app, as well as what you see when going to your &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan" target="_blank"&gt;Plan page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you check your bank statement, does your payment appear there as completed?&lt;/P&gt;
