&lt;P&gt;To do so, open a private browsing/incognito window, go to &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;, scroll a bit and click on "need help with a billing issue?" and submit your help request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you do so, please send us the ticket number, so we can look it up in our system!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reached out three times now. We were charged on June 7, 2023 $576.65 by Dropbox. I am trying to understand the amount and would like an invoice. What period of time?&amp;nbsp; I do not like that I have ben unable to reach someone directly or get my inquiries&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This sounds like a charge for a Dropbox Business plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't know which account it's for, I would suggest using our payment &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;lookup tool&lt;/A&gt;; it will let you know the email address associated with the payment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That way, you can sign in and &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/invoices-receipts" target="_blank"&gt;access the invoice&lt;/A&gt; for the payment directly.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks I found it under the look up tool, but the links to the invoice and receipt are not working. I would like to see previous charges from previous years as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
