    <description>I have tried both Chrome and Edge with sams result.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I try via my phone app and use Google Play Subscription - it says "This Account has already been upgraded"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yet my account is in basic mode and I cannot backup my data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need someone to sort it out. It's a mess.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had a 2TB Plus account until my debit card expired a few days ago.&amp;nbsp; So now I'm on basic - with lots of warnings that I don't have enough space (of course).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I go to upgrade back to the Plus account - I get this every day:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Something went wrong. Please refresh the page or contact customer support."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But I can't see how to contact customer support while only having a Basic account.&amp;nbsp; It's catch 22.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to upgrade via the site directly, or via the mobile app?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're upgrading via the site, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your previous billing info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
