&lt;P&gt;Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although&amp;nbsp;Dropbox have taken a second payments for a product the I had already paid for I cannot get to speak with anyone to help. Do I carry on using Dropbox and perhaps risk overpaying again next year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have messaged the help centre twice in the last 2 weeks or so but no response.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
