I used the "Billing Help Request" page back in April but my credit card is still being charged monthly. how can I get to talk with someone (phone, etc) to sort out this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have the ticket number that you received when you submitted the request? That will help one of the Dropboxers here in tracking down your request. There is no phone support available. The only method of contact is through the ticket system.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this isn't the process you followed in April, then visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
