    <description>&lt;P&gt;As there is no way to delete a credit card without providing a new one, that leaves me with no option but to cancel.&amp;nbsp; I've paid for a whole year.&amp;nbsp; Would my storage drop down immediately?&amp;nbsp; Or at the end of the pre-paid subscription period?&amp;nbsp; It sure looks like the former&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you choose to cancel a subscription, your plan would return to a Basic plan at the end of the billing period (which would be in a year's time from what you've described).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, you could try to &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/change-information" target="_blank"&gt;update your billing information&lt;/A&gt;, so that you don't need to downgrade your account first, to see if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;
