      <title>I've paid for Plus but it's not showing on my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been a Plus member for years and been paying GBP 9.99 through Apple and the last payment being made on 26 July&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've got the invoices and its been debiting off my card&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In between i took the offer to upgrade and then requested to cancel the upgrade and i was given a refund back&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But since then DBox is charging me £8.99 but its not put me back to my Plus package which i was on and instead on my Basic account!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help me as - i'm unable to get support as it keeps saying i need to be a paid account?!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
