      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I enter all my payment details, agree to terms and click 'start free trial', I receive the following message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The payment has been refused. Contact your bank to enable the card for online use and/or re-enter the correct card details again.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Already checked with my credit card provider, they say that the €0,00 transactions to verify are accepted, while Dropbox gives the message above.&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried it in multiple browsers and incognito.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could somebody support me on this?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about that. If you have a PayPal account, can you try using it in order to upgrade?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, is the card authorized for online use too? I know it sounds trivial, but have you double-checked all the info that is correct, and up to date? Based on the error, it sounds like it is coming from the card's end.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Megan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked everything with the CC provider. If PayPal is the only option left I can try that. But I prefer a CC over a debit card/Paypal&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used my Revolut Visa card and that one did work.&lt;BR /&gt;Still no clue why the ICS credit card didn't work..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
