    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is exactly what has happened to me. &amp;nbsp;I upgraded to 2000 GB but when I click the Drop Box Tab I get my original smaller account. Did you ever find a solution to this problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I had a chat that just went in circles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Opening my newly purchased account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So irritated!!!!! I purchased a Plus plan last night, not realizing that I already had a free 2GB account. When I received the link to sign in to my new account I was offered the option of signing in using my Google account. Unfortunately I clicked on that and was taken to my original account.&amp;nbsp; Since then I have not been able to access the newly purchased Plus account.&amp;nbsp; I deleted the old account, but now, when I sign in using my email address I am taken to a free 2GB account and given the option to upgrade to Plus for another $119.88.&amp;nbsp; I already paid that and it has been charged on my credit card.&amp;nbsp; I just want to get what I paid for.&amp;nbsp; Dropbox will not allow me to speak to an actual person, nor can I reach their email support teams.&amp;nbsp; They have my money, I have no Dropbox account&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did not upgrade my account; it was an old account from 2014-17 that I forgot I had.&amp;nbsp; I purchased a Plus account online from Dropbox.&amp;nbsp; After purchasing I received a link to sign in to my new account.&amp;nbsp; As stated above that link offered me the option of using my Google account to sign in so without wondering why it would do that, I clicked on that and it all went downhill from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
