    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm making this thread because I can't contact dropbox support and I'm not sure what to do. So the issue is that I've paid for 3 months of dropbox but dropbox still thinks I have a basic unpaid plan, and is telling me to upgrade to access my account. I pay through App store, and I have receipts and the money has been pulled from my account. The most frustrating thing is that I can't contact the support, because you have to have a paid plan to do so....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate any help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you upgraded from the App Store, could you try &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/subscription-error-mobile" target="_blank"&gt;restoring the purchases&lt;/A&gt; to see if this helps apply the purchase to your account?&lt;/P&gt;
