    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had Dropbox Plus, offered a trial of the Dropbox Business setup, didn't really work for my setup so decided to end the trial and return to an individual setup on Dropbox Plus, I keep going to change back to Plus and it keeps denying me access saying to contact customer support or refresh browser to which I have done multiple times to no avail. Now my files and backups are gone, lost in limbo.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that your Dropbox Plus subscription ended, during your Business trial?&lt;/P&gt;
