    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded and paid for plus but my account still is in basic mode. The money has been drawn from my account and I cant restore the purchase because there is nothing under my account. And since you cant call the support and the bot is annoying as hell I wonder if anyone have had the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The amount is only reserved on my bank account and doesnt have thos kind of numbers. Even tho it says reserved the amount has been drawn. I really really need to have the upgraded account by tomorrow and dont want to make another purchase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
