    <description>Hi Walter, ticket number at bottom. Hope you're well and thank you for responding! The problem is that it's been 6 business days. We are past day 5 of course.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I'm really just not sure what's going on, Dropbox Support no longer responds, Ron no longer responds.       <title>6 days no refund DB no longer responding</title>

      <description>Ron, Dropbox customer support guru, issued my refund on the 22nd, or at least he says he did. I've been emailing him since Wednesday. Today is day 6, I wake up, still nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I call them? What do I do know? It's a maximum of 5 days with merchants and my bank. It's 6 days now. It's a problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you all,&lt;BR /&gt;Dustin</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Refunds usually take up to 5 business days to be issue from your bank.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That said, could you share your ticket ID from your support interaction so that we can look it up in our system too?&lt;/P&gt;
