    <description>I did but I don’t know how to get my transaction id, the only evidence of payment going through is on my bank statement, and it’s just a transaction no invoice or anything.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;okay, as I'm a student I used unidays 30% off yearly subscription plan, when I did this I was logged into my dropbox account and I paid for the upgrade for 6.99 a month. since paying for it, I have received no upgrade, I also have not got any emails confirming any payment, the only evidence I've got is a bank transaction, even on the dropbox "billing" page it says there is no activity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;someone please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it's the former, you can try using our &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;self served look up tool&lt;/A&gt; to identify the email address that's associated with your charge and check if it's an exact match with the one you see in your &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/general" target="_blank"&gt;account's settings online&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi, I’ve filled in the form, I haven’t received anything, no receipt, no transaction id, I can’t view it in my statement because I only have statements up to August at the minute, how can this be sorted? The only proof of purchase I have is a bank transaction</description>
