&lt;P&gt;Do you happen to have another email address that you used for Dropbox in the past perhaps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, where did you upgrade in the first place? Was it through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
