&lt;P&gt;I’d like you to send over a screenshot of the error message you keep receiving, if that’s alright.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, have you tried any other browsers on your computer or incognito mode, as a test?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have tried in chrome and safari. I think it might have something to do with the way I was paying for the subscription before. But I’m not sure.</description>
