      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a Dropbox plus account for which I paid a whole year ending in April 2023. I deleted the account by mistake and it seems that my files are completely gone. Is that the case? If so, do I get a partial refund for the seven months that are already paid for?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If however you'd like to confirm the case, you can open an &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464" target="_blank"&gt;incognito&lt;/A&gt;/private browsing window and click on &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt; to log a ticket with our support team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you do, please send us the ticket number, so we can also locate it in our system.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can try asking Support, but in most cases, refunds are only available when legally required (i.e. UK Cooling-off period, etc.).&lt;/P&gt;
