    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought I was upgrading my free account but inadverte&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ntly set up a new account which I dont want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I transfer the storage to my original account please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had no luck contacting Dropbox direct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I renewed my annual subscription to Dropbox with the username - &lt;EM&gt;[removed]&lt;/EM&gt;, instead of my permanent account for Dropbox - &lt;EM&gt;[removed]&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;I would be happy to transfer the subscription I purchased to my regular user.&lt;BR /&gt;Please respond soon.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's not possible to transfer a subscription from one account to another. Your best option is to swap the email addresses on the accounts (using a third email address as a place holder). You could also try &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing_issues" target="_blank"&gt;contacting support&lt;/A&gt; and request a refund so you could then re-subscribe under the correct account, but refunds are not typically given.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
