      <title>I keep getting billing notification even though I deleted my account</title>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I canceled my subscription and deleted my old account. I got verification that my account was deleted. Now I still keep getting billing notifications to email from that account. I created this new account to post here and ask what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help for this?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If they’re coming directly from Dropbox, please insert the 12-digit transaction ID that should be linked to them &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, and let me know if the email address you see is the same as the one tied to your previous Dropbox account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Thanks for the answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe I was not clear enough with my post. Let me clarify:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had old account with free trial. I closed the subscription and deleted account on 19th of September 2023.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now few days ago I received email that the free trial is ending and billing will continue if I don't cancel it (see the picture below).
