      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am wanting to cancel a DB subscription I had with a previous company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 6 digit code gets sent to an email address I no longer have access to so I cannot access the business account to cancel the subscription&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone at DropBox help me or has anyone faced this problem before and managed to solve it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tx&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.&lt;/P&gt;
