      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I received a notification via SNS from my credit card company informing me that I have been charged for the Dropbox Plus plan. I was not aware that I was still being charged annually and need a refund of US $119.88 (plus $5.99 VAT) which was charged from my credit card on Nov. 3. I no longer use this account and have unsubscribed immediately (my account has reverted from Plus to Basic) after receiving the notification. Please assist me in obtaining a refund. Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
