&lt;P&gt;Can you send me a screenshot of the error you’re receiving, when trying to upgrade the correct Dropbox account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, I’d like you to clarify if you used your iTunes/Google Play account or &lt;A href="http://www.dropbox.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.dropbox.com&lt;/A&gt; to upgrade the other one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It looks like you’ll need to cancel your old plan first to upgrade your second Dropbox account via the iTunes platform.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you remember if you payed for a monthly or annual plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, did you follow these &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/plans/cancel-mobile#:~:text=On%20your%20iPhone,your%20billing%20cycle." target="_blank"&gt;steps&lt;/A&gt; to cancel your subscription?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
