    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot find or load my Dropbox Professional Account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First, my paid account in English is now in French.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fixed that in preferences.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Second, AI wanted to verify my email and used my personal email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To change that to the Professional Account email did not work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Third, the Account was downgraded to a 2GB storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fourth, Customer Service hours end at 5 PM but is it PST, MST or EST?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Last, there is now way I have found to contact a technical support advisor&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and I am willing to pay real dollars right now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looks like I will 48 hours of access to my business files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else in the same boat?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Always with gratitude for any and all assistance.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;PS: Dropbox might want to add a Standard Category like Catch-22, or May Day.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you clarify exactly how your account was deleted?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Were you part of a Dropbox Business team at one point or tried to join one?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
