      <description>&lt;P&gt;t appears to be a TRIAL subscription, and today I am at the end of said Plan and wish to CANCEL. It appears that there is no way to do that online, so I will reject the charge to my CC, failing speaking to someone who can help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes, that was the upgrade being processed. Basically, you waited too long to cancel. You need to cancel at least 24 hours before the final day of the trial because by that time the charge has already been processed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you were to cancel now you wouldn't be refunded. All that would do is cancel the automatic renewal next year. Instead, you need to contact Support and see if they will cancel the subscription and refund you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do that, visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
