      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a free trial which ends today. I have downgraded my account to Dropbox Basic.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However I have been charged even before my free trial expires.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have raised an issue, but am worried about whether the charge really is from Dropbox.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could it be that the charge didn't come from Dropbox (as it was before the free trial ends), and could Dropbox themselves be hacked to get my credit card information and someone else charged me and called it dropbox?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Should I contact my credit card's fraud department to report the transaction?&lt;/P&gt;
