&lt;P&gt;As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was hoping to get some help! I had a subscription through my last company for Dropbox, which I have not been at for over a year now. I noticed a credit card statement for my annual subscription, as it was tied to my credit card and I honestly forgot about it as it automatically renews.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot login to my account as it sends a 6-digit code to my old email address, which I do not have access too. I need to figure out how I can get a refund and cancel my subscription if I can't login?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
