&lt;P&gt;When you say that you currently use card payments, do you mean you've upgraded directly using our website?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, then you need to &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/plans/downgrade-dropbox-individual-plans" target="_blank"&gt;cancel&lt;/A&gt; your account, and wait until it downgrades upon its next renewal and then upgrade directly using the App store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You don’t need to worry about any data currently stored on your Dropbox account; nothing will be deleted from it, once you downgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only thing that may happen, if you go over-quota, is that you won't be able to add more files to your account and syncing will pause on your linked devices, until you re-upgrade via iTunes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
