    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;BR /&gt;I had renewed my plan on yearly dropbox plus &lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately I had gotten billed twice for the same &lt;BR /&gt;When I contacted my bank for it they reversed the additional payment back but my account subscription isn't activated even though the payment is done &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly help in resolving the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You mentioned getting billed twice, but was the second payment the exact same with the first one and on the same day?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the second payment was for a different Dropbox account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you take a look at your payments page &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, do you see the double payment?&lt;/P&gt;
