      <title>No subcription plan but Dropbox charged money</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last November 2023, I deleted my Dropbox account, without knowing that does not cancel the plan subscription.&amp;nbsp; Today, December 12, I got a charge from Dropbox, from December. When I went to my account to cancel the plan, I could not find any billing subscription or anything, it just says that my plan is Basic Free, so I cannot cancel any plan if I don´t have one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, Dropbox is still charging me, without having any subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I solve this manner?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not truthworthy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using our &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;self-serve look-up tool&lt;/A&gt;, in order to locate the Dropbox account linked to the charge, and identify if it's a different one?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You don't need to access it using your billing page in order to find it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can visit the &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;Support page&lt;/A&gt; while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.&lt;/P&gt;
