&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
