&lt;P&gt;Since you're having troubles with finding the transaction ID that's associated with the charge in question, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To do so, you can use an incognito window without logging into any account and fill out &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this form&lt;/A&gt; with all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you do this and get a ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well if needed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello, how can I find out for which account a payment was made? The form requires a 12-character transaction ID, but I don't have one in my bank transaction I don't have an invoice by email on any of the accounts I know of. Is it possible to contact support somehow?</description>
