    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a free basic account and signed up for a free trial period for essentials. I cancelled the trial and my account only shows the basic account. However, I am receiving emails telling me my essential trial will end 12/22 which I assume I will be charged at that time. When i went into my account to cancel the trial, it only shows the basic and essential is not showing. How do I make sure I am not charged? I can't talk to anyone nor confirm they don't have my financial account to charge. Thank you for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you see Basic, that most likely means that the trial has been cancelled, and we won't proceed to charge you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, the downgrade would happen on the renewal date. Now, if you wish to make sure, then I suggest contacting our &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support" target="_blank"&gt;Support&lt;/A&gt;, team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
