I have the password to the account but when i try to login it says youve sent me a verification code to the email account. I need to cancel the premium Dropbox subscription on the account and delete the account. How can I do this without having access to the email address?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest opening a private browsing window on your browser, and going to &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there, you should be able to submit a help request to our support team directly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have the ticket number, please send that along here as well.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Hannah, ive still have gotten no answer and its been 7 days since my first request. Ive made 3 complaints after that one and still nothing. Could you give an alternative way to communicate? I really cant afford to keep paying the subscription for a service im not using&lt;/P&gt;</description>
