&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there, choose the "Need help with a billing issue?" option, to submit your help request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have the ticket number, please make sure to send it to us as well.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I want to upgrade my plan, but I can't find the offer I was given</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was recently offered a $1.99/month plan for 50GB while I was logged into Dropbox. Unfortuantely, I was on a plane so wasn't able to sign up in time. When I logged in later the offer didn't appear. I tried chatting to a sales agent online and they said I should have received an email which I don't remember seeing and may have gone to my spam folder.&amp;nbsp; They weren't able to help and said I needed to log a ticket to get a specialist to look into this.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, as I am on a free account I don't have the option to log a ticket so what do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
