According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In July, I paid $$ for an annual upgrade from a Basic account (going from 2GB to 2000 GB).&amp;nbsp; Now it says I only have 2GB.&amp;nbsp; How does one contact this company for resolving this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
