      <title>Paid through Apple Pay is not renewing subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve always — for over 5 years — paid my Dropbox subscription through the App Store. My payment HAS gone through on the Apple side for this month and I have my confirmation of payment and money withdrawn from my checking account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, Dropbox is still telling me to renew and has now downgraded me to basic plan.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone else had this trouble?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P.s. I double checked, and it is and has been billing for the same Dropbox account that I use, not the wrong account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
