      <title>My storage is full and I can't upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep trying to upgrade my storage as my storage is full. I put in the credit card info but it doesn't actually work. I press purchase and nothing happens-screeen stays the same. I really need it to work!!! Please help! Thank you, Rachel&lt;/P&gt;</description>
