    <description>&lt;P&gt;We were using Dropbox for a Business which no longer exists, same with the email address. Unfortunately we should have cancelled our subscription 3 years ago, but have kept paying from my personal account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have found the Dropbox template letter which allows you to fill in details of how payments etc are being taken, allowing Dropbox to cancel our account, but do I have to post it overseas (from Australia) or is there an email address I can send it to?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If I understand correctly, you’re referring to this &lt;A href="https://aem.dropbox.com/cms/content/dam/dropbox/www/en-us/help/Dropbox%20template%20letter.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;template&lt;/A&gt;, right?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Out of curiosity, did you try these &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/plans/cancel-team-subscription" target="_blank"&gt;steps&lt;/A&gt;, and they didn’t help?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, what you can do instead, to get in direct contact with our support team about this, is to follow these &lt;A href="https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Plans-and-Subscriptions/Being-charged-for-an-unknown-account/m-p/730480/highlight/true#M26858" target="_blank"&gt;steps&lt;/A&gt;. Once you’ve followed them, you should receive a ticket number to your email address. Please pass that ticket number on to me, and I’ll leave our team an internal note on your behalf.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
