      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been charged for two years now for a subscription I don't want or never used other than ONE time for the trial period in which it was too complicated. I have repeatedly tried to cancel but they make it so impossibly hard to do. I'm doubting even this will help since nothing has.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that you're logged in to an account that's not your paid one? What kind of plan do you see in your account settings &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're logged in to a different account and don't know/remember the email address linked to the paid one, you can use our &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;lookup tool&lt;/A&gt;, to find the email address and sign in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you sign in, you should be able to cancel the subscription, by following &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/plans/downgrade-dropbox-individual-plans" target="_blank"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I don’t know the answers to your questions. Several times I’ve tried to figure this out and gave up. Last year I gave up I got so sick of it.</description>
