Are you seeing an email address that’s linked to a Dropbox plan you’ve already cancelled?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, do you have the confirmation of cancellation, so that we can look into this further?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know what you find, and we’ll take it from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I've cancelled my subscriptions, but I'm still being charged</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past 15 years I've had different Dropbox accounts and despite cancelling them I am still be charged. The reference on my bank statement is a 10 digit number and it's impossible and frustrating not being able to contact support and resolve it. I will never ever use Dropbox again because of the lack of support where my details don't fit into a form. Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
