    <description>&lt;P&gt;I AM SO ANNOYED WITH HOW DIFFICULT DROPBOX MAKE IT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EVERYTIME I WOULD TRY AND LOGIN TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT IT WOULD ONLY LET ME CREATE AN ACCOUNT, ALTHOUGH THE EMAIL BELONGED TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT. SO I WAS FORCED TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT AND NOW I HAVE DELETED THE ACCOUNT THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME SURELY THEY WOULD PUT TWO AND TWO TOGETHER ?!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CAN DROP BOX CANCEL MY FLIPPING ACCOUNT NOW AND STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME !!!!!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FRUSTRATED&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're still being charged for a payment, please could you contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
