I'm following the directions on how to delete an individual plan, but there is no place that I can click on "plan" and then cancel. It looks like I just have Dropbox basic, but isn't that free? How do I stop being charged $11.99 per month?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
