      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reply back to the ticket that said they were giving you a refund, or, see it at &lt;A href="http://www.dropbox.com/support" target="_blank"&gt;www.dropbox.com/support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and ask where it is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note that they do take 5 to 7 working days to hit accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
